Refund Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Because our work is custom and digital, all sales are final. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and disputes are handled — please read it carefully before commissioning a project.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, digital nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Completed or partially completed work
- Services rendered — design, coding, and consultation
- Digital products delivered — themes, templates, or code snippets
By engaging with our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Every project is built specifically for the client from the moment work begins. Because our work involves time, custom design, and code that cannot be "returned," we are unable to reclaim the value of services once they have been rendered.
Digital products such as themes, templates, and code snippets are delivered in a usable form and cannot be revoked once handed over. For this reason, they are non-refundable in all cases.
Deposits & Balances
A payment of either 50% or 100% of the total project fee is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your project slot and cover the initial work performed.
The remaining balance (if any) is due upon project completion and before final delivery. If the project is completed and the client fails to pay the 50% balance within 7 days of notification, the completed theme or website may be resold as a template to other clients, and the client forfeits any claim to the work.
We accept payment via cryptocurrency: Litecoin, Bitcoin, XRP, USDT, and Solana. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and we are unable to reverse a payment once it has been confirmed on the network.
Cancellations
Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. If the project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, no refund will be issued, and the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the termination date.
If a project is paused due to client unresponsiveness for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice, it may be cancelled. Restarting a cancelled project may incur a restart fee, and no previously paid amounts will be refunded.
Revisions, Not Refunds
We want you to be happy with your project. Rather than refunds, we offer one round of revisions per project to address concerns with the delivered work. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of project delivery. After this period, the commission is considered accepted and closed, and any further changes will be treated as a new project or billed separately. Silence or continued use of the delivered product after the 7-day window constitutes acceptance of the work as complete and satisfactory.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim in an attempt to reverse a legitimate payment is a violation of our Terms of Service.
In such cases, Envy Themes reserves the right to immediately terminate the project without refund, revoke any licenses granted, and decline future orders from the same client at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to pursue any completed or delivered work as our own intellectual property.
If you have a concern about your project, please contact us directly first — we are committed to resolving disputes through good-faith communication.
Contact Us First
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your project, reach out to us before taking any other action. Most issues can be resolved quickly through the revision process or a direct conversation. We value our clients and want every project to end on a positive note.
